🤎 OUR PROGRAM
We are a small, family-run Yorkshire Terrier breeding program located in Alabama. Yorkies are a huge part of our family, and our goal is to raise healthy, loving, well-socialized puppies prepared to become someone’s lifelong companion.
As a mom and someone who truly loves this breed, I know bringing home a puppy is much more than making a purchase — you are choosing a new member of your family. That is why I put so much time, love, and individual attention into every puppy I raise.
🏡 RAISED IN OUR HOME
In-home socialization is a HUGE part of our program.
Our puppies are raised inside our home and experience everyday household life from an early age. They receive daily handling, affection, playtime, and interaction with people and other dogs.
Being exposed to normal household sounds, routines, activity, and attention helps prepare our puppies for life with their future families.
🐶 OUR PUPPIES
Before leaving for their new homes, our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, veterinary care, health records, a personalized puppy package, and lots of love and socialization.
Every family also receives a written purchase contract and health guarantee. We provide a 96-hour initial health policy and a one-year congenital health guarantee according to the terms of our contract.
🤎 OUR VALUES
The health and comfort of our dogs come before cosmetic preferences. We do not dock our puppies’ tails or remove their dewclaws based on personal preference in our program.
We believe every puppy deserves proper care, patience, socialization, and a family committed to caring for them for life.
🐾 OUR PUPPY FAMILIES
We want our puppy families to feel comfortable reaching out with questions as their puppy adjusts, grows, and becomes part of their family.
Our goal isn’t simply to find homes for our puppies. We want to find loving, responsible, forever families where they will continue receiving the same love and attention they received here.
We look forward to helping you find the perfect Yorkie for your family! 🐾

🏰 Where Did Yorkshire Terriers Come From?
The Yorkshire Terrier developed in northern England during the 1800s, particularly in Yorkshire and surrounding industrial areas.Their ancestors included several small terrier-type dogs brought into the region by workers. These little terriers were valued for their ability to help control rats and other vermin in mills, mines and working environments.
Over generations, selective breeding helped create the smaller, silky-coated companion breed we recognize today.
📏 Yorkies & Adult Size
Yorkshire Terriers have not always been as uniformly tiny as many people picture them today. Earlier dogs contributing to the breed could vary more in size, and selective breeding eventually produced the smaller Yorkie seen in the modern show standard. The AKC Yorkshire Terrier breed standard states that the breed should not exceed 7 pounds, but real-life pet Yorkies may mature smaller or larger than the show standard.
🧬 Genetics & Why Size Can Vary
Adult size is influenced heavily by genetics, including traits inherited from both parents and generations further back in the pedigree.Even littermates can mature differently because each puppy receives a different combination of genes.
Parents & previous generations matter.
Siblings do not always mature at the same size.
Nutrition and overall health also affect growth.
Helpful estimates — never guarantees.
☕ What About “Teacup” Yorkies?
“Teacup” is not a separate Yorkshire Terrier breed or officially recognized Yorkie size category. It is generally a marketing term used to describe an especially small Yorkie.
Extremely tiny puppies may have greater vulnerability to issues such as low blood sugar, injuries and other health concerns, which is why size alone should never be prioritized over overall health, structure and development.
🎀 The Famous Yorkie Coat
One of the breed's most recognizable characteristics is its fine, silky hair.Yorkie hair is much finer than the dense fur seen in many other dog breeds and requires regular brushing and grooming to help prevent tangles and matting.
Puppies are commonly born much darker, and their coat color can change gradually as they mature.
🐾 Yorkie Tails — Docked or Natural?
You may notice that some Yorkshire Terriers have shorter docked tails while others have their full natural tails.Historically, tail docking became common in several working terrier breeds and later became part of the traditional appearance associated with Yorkies in some countries.
Today, breeder practices vary.
Some breeders continue to dock tails based on tradition, appearance, breed-ring preferences, or personal breeding practices.
Other breeders leave tails natural because they prefer not to perform a cosmetic procedure that is not medically necessary.
🤎 Our Program
In our program, we choose to leave our puppies' tails natural and do not remove dewclaws based on our personal breeding philosophy. Our priority is health, temperament, early socialization and raising puppies that are prepared to become cherished family companions.
